Eligibility for Return
Damaged Items Only: We accept returns exclusively for items that arrive damaged. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns for other reasons, such as change of mind or personal preference.
Return Window
14-Day Limit: To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to process returns.
Return Process
Contact Us: Email us at support@orelle.in within 14 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos illustrating the damage.
Receive Instructions: Once we review your request, we’ll provide you with step-by-step instructions for returning the item.
Inspection and Resolution: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a replacement or a full refund if the item is confirmed to be damaged.
Important Notes
Original Packaging Required: Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure safe transit.
Return Shipping Fees: Please note that we do not cover return shipping fees.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the return is approved.
